These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.


All Daytona GB Limited Prices are shown in GBP Sterling ZERO V.A.T.

The checkout Cart is where the full price + postage is displayed.

If you are outside the EU VAT zone, Vat will not be charged

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between us (Daytona GB Limited) and you, (the customer), will take place when the goods have been paid for by you and despatched by us. Any email, order confirmation or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order does not constitute legal acceptance by Daytona GB Limited of your order.


In the event that there are any errors regarding price or description, we reserve the right to notify you as soon as possible and give you the options to proceed with this revised order at the correct price/description, or to cancel the order. In these circumstances, upon cancellation, your credit/debit card will be refunded. 

1. Price Information

The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the Daytona GB Limited Online store.


Special Offers and promotions advertised in the press or other media may be excluded unless specifically advertised as available online.


All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last.


Please note; where postage and packaging is charged the total price includes for the packing box, postage label, packing tape, paper for the invoice, envelope, sticky docs enclosed labels, and labour charge for packing, this money will not be returned if the goods are returned, as these cannot be reused.


All goods must be returned, before a refund is given. We will inspect and test the parts any parts found to have been fitted or damaged will forfeit any refund, a partial a refund may be given at our discretion or by agreement before the part is returned.

Please do not order if you do not agree with our terms.


If an administrative error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct that price and notify you accordingly. In these circumstances, it will be deemed that a contract has not been entered into and you will not be bound to continue with your purchase. You will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed at the correct price, however, should you choose not to do so, your monies will be refunded to your credit/debit card in full. The repayment of such monies paid to us will be the extent of our liability to you in the event of pricing errors.

2. Ordering Goods

To order goods from our online store, you need to select your required items from the product information page(s) they appear on. These pages can be accessed by selecting one of our main product categories, either from the top navigation bar or from the list of categories and sub-categories displayed on the centre of your screen. Please note we accept no responsibility for supplying the wrong parts if ordered by phone. Unless the correct part number is quoted. Please make sure you look at the picture of the part supplied, check the part numbers and the vehicle compatibility, before you order.

A 10% handling charge is made for returned goods ordered Incorrectly after 7 days of delivery,

you have the right to return the Item within 7 days, this is your  “cooling off" period to which the customer may return a product within this time frame, as long as it is unused and in the same condition as received. Once returned, the buyer is entitled to a full refund less shipping fees.

(No handling fees will apply)


To place an order online, go to the product information page and then follow the steps outlined below:


1) Product Information Page: Check the availability of the product at the top right of the product information page. For products that are labelled "In Stock", simply click the Add to cart button on the product information page. Please Note; If a product is not available the display will show "Phone before ordering" or "2-3 days delivery".


2) Shopping Basket Page: After making your selections, click on the Checkout button. You will be able to review and amend your order before proceeding through the checkout pages, as well as choosing your postage option.


3) Delivery Address Page: Please complete your details in the appropriate boxes, your must include email and phone contact details so we can contact you if we need to discuss your order, please include your postal address of where you want the part delivered.


4) Details Of Payment and Billing Address Page: We will then ask for details of your Credit card details and billing address - this MUST be the address at which your Credit/Debit card is registered - . Please complete your details in the appropriate boxes


5) Order Summary Page: Finally, this page is to check and confirm your details of shipping address, credit/debit card details and products ordered if all of the above is correct press the "order" button to finalise your order.


6) Confirmation: On this page your order number as well as your email address and password in case you want to order again will appear and Dayton GB Limited will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you, using the address you supplied when registering with our website. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.


All orders placed with Daytona GB Limited are subject to stock availability and to the validation checks described in section 4 below. Also please refer to section 1 above regarding incorrect prices. No contract will exist until payment has been received and goods have been dispatched. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you. Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English. Details of your order will be retained by Daytona GB Limited in our database and these details can be made available on request.

3. Payment

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards registered at UK addresses.

Please ensure that the expiry date of your credit/debit card is after the anticipated despatch date of your order. Payment will be debited from your account just before the despatch of your goods, and if your payment card has expired, we will be unable to take payment and fulfil your order.

We regret that we are unable to accept payment by cheque or cash postal Orders or any other form of payment other than credit or debit cards, unless agreed by us before the order is taken.

4. Validation Checks

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.


In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, Daytona GB Limited will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g Electoral Roll data, Credit Reference Services). A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering from the DaytonaGBLimited.co.uk website you consent to such checks being made. We may need to contact you by telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order. Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of the information. All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. These measures are taken as extra protection for you, to ensure your online shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible.

5. Liability

The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay.

6. Delivery of Goods

For deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead-time.  This charge will be shown clearly during the checkout process.

 Delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom.


Goods can be delivered either to your home address, to a relatives address or to your work. Delivery to a third party is prohibited.


Deliveries to a garage know to us is acceptable, the garage will have to accept the payment of the goods if the credit card is found to be fraudulent.

Your order will be delivered either by courier service or by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and courier deliveries.


If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occasions, be sent on multiple dispatches at no extra charge.


Delivery of goods abroad but within Europe by AIRSURE.

 (royal mail) is not insured against goods loss in transit once the goods leave the UK, please note if you chose this service, we will not replace goods if lost or stolen, with high value goods we recommend UPS

6.a Delivery Charges
How much does delivery cost?

The delivery charge for each item is listed on the checkout page.

When you add products to your shopping basket the appropriate charge will be added automatically. All delivery charges will be shown clearly throughout the checkout process. We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. 

6b. Delivery Times

You can choose from our Standard Delivery Service or Flexible Delivery Options.

Standard delivery of stocked items is normally within one working day.

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working day does not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.


For Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 2pm

Your order will be delivered either by Courier Service, by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Special Delivery and courier deliveries. Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm. All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery, or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.


Deliveries to non-Mainland UK or remote locations may take longer.

Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may, on occasion be made separately.

Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.

We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.

We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. In the event that we fail to meet a specified delivery date you will have the option of either cancelling your order and receiving a full refund, or continuing with the order and accepting a refund of any additional delivery charge we have made.

Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location. 

7. After-sales Service and Guarantees.

All new Items are covered by a 12 months Parts only warranty

 After sales service and warranty/guarantee claims will be dealt with by

Daytona GB Limited

Warranty claims: Any faulty parts have to be sent to back to us for testing.

We do not except liability claims for work done or faults diagnosed, tow charges accommodation or transportation, damage caused directly or indirectly by any parts supplied by Daytona GB Limited.

8. Returns

Please phone before you send in your goods, as you will be given a returns number for the Item.


1a. Unwanted Goods wrong parts

If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase).

Scuffmaster Dyes are a " Special Made to Order Item " Once Mixed they are Un-returnable, please make sure you understand before purchase.


Any order paid and then cancelled but not sent will be subject to a 5% handling charge this is made up of a 5% credit card charge.

Wrong parts ordered, will be replaced free of handling charges, less postage cost. 
We accept no responsibility for supplying the wrong parts if ordered by phone. Unless the correct part number is quoted.

Wrong parts sent (I..E) Packed wrong will be replaced free; a pick up will be arranged for the incorrect parts at our cost.

In all cases, if you wish to return a product please call us on 01733248932 to advise us of a return, we will email you a returns number to complete and include with your product.


Methods of return are as follows:

(1) By post (if the item has been posted to you)

To return an item by post you must firstly contact Daytona GB Limited either by email, or telephone us on 07834771839. Items returned without a copy of their invoice cannot be accepted.

Let us know which item(s) you wish to return, and the details of any fault, along with your customer order number and your personal details and we will send you an email containing a returns number. When you receive this email, simply print out the returns number and place it in your parcel with the item(s) you wish to return. Please package your item(s) securely, returning in the original outer packaging where possible. All items returned by post (unless faulty) are returned at your cost. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post.

If you post your item(s) back to us, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 3 days, providing your copy of your invoice is included with the items returned.

9. Safe Shopping Guarantee

We have used every effort to ensure that shopping on the Internet with Daytona GB Limited is as safe as purchasing by card in any High street outlet store. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information sent over the Internet. In processing your order, your information may have to be sent over the Internet more than once. At no point is your order information sent in this way without encryption.

Although we endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the complete security of any data you disclose online. You accept the inherent security risks of providing personal information and dealing online over the Internet and Daytona GB Limited cannot be held responsible for any breach of security unless it is due to our negligence 

Goods remain the property of Daytona GB Limited until paid for in full as with all previous invoices and credit notes. The signed credit account application form also includes this statement. Daytona GB Limited retains the right to remove any product whether paid for or not in payment for any defaulted account.
All part numbers and makers names are used for reference purposes only.

Daytona GB Limited will endeavour to deliver all goods on the date agreed, however will not accept any liability for failure to do so for any reason.
All prices quoted are provisional and are subject to change without prior notice.
All prices verbally quoted will exclude VAT.

Daytona GB Limited will guarantee all its new products sold for 12 months from date of fitting (6 months for taxis and commercial units) provided that the units have not failed due to external faults or misuse.

Daytona GB Limited will not be liable for any labour charges incurred or consequential losses arising from the failure of the unit.
